Description Clarkson says that if they go to court the Switzerland Company will ask for $500 an acre. If the matter would be settled without litigation the Switzerland Company would ask for $300 an acre. The letter mentions the interests of Mrs. Jones, Miss Mary Johnson, Warner McKinney and Weldon Willis. Kilmichael Tower and Bear Wallow Gap are also mentioned.
