Description Set-up for rock crushing. Taken in section 2U of the Blue Ridge Parkway, between Mt. Pisgah and Yellowstone Falls.
Commentary There is a work truck carrying gravel and road construction going on, in addition to a tunnel entrance into the rock. Construction began on March 01, 1939. The road was open to traffic on September 02, 1955. The road is 9.611 miles long. It runs between Mt. Pisgah and Yellowstone Falls.
