    The Emerald Isle Veterans Memorial is a lectern shaped block of finished grey granite standing several feet tall. The lectern top has six medallions with the coats of arms of the five branches of the military and the Merchant Marines. Below the medallions is an American flag. The inscription is on the front face. The area around the memorial is covered with white gravel and a brick paver walk leads to the memorial. A lighted flagpole is also present.
