I will well and truly as Clarke of this Court enter all such orders as shall be directed to mee, and wilbe truly ffaithfull in all such records as shall be committed to me in charge, I wilbe secret in wt shalbe required of me by this Court to be kept and according to the best of my skill and knowledge execute the office aforesaid so help me God

Ordered yt Capt Thomas Relfe be paid for 3 dayes attending the Court on ye action depending between Mr Rich Pope & Mr John Philpott

Upon proveing a noate by Mr Caleb Calloway ordered that he be paid to him thirty shillings out of the estate Guyles Long disceased.
