By a Committee of the Lords of His Majesty's Most Honoble Privy Councill.

Her Majesty having been pleased to referr unto this Committee the humble Address of the Members of North Carolina, containing Complaints against Sr Richard Everard—Governor of that Province—The Lords of the Committee this day took the said Address into their Consideration, and are hereby Pleased to referr the same, to the Lords Commissioners for Trade and Plantations to Examine into the Allegations thereof, and Report their Opinion thereupon to this Committee.
