Sir,

I desire the Lords of Trade &c will be pleased to giver other direction and opinion, Whether I may give new Patents to Old Land holders in North Carolina, paying the same Quit Rents they formerly paid for the same Lands Whether I may allow the House of Burgesses to nominate the Receivers of the Country Taxes or ought (myself) to appoint them
