Whitehall, March 27th 1733.

My Lords,

His Majesty having been pleased to appoint Gabriel Johnston Esqr to be Governor of North Carolina in America in the room of George Burrington Esqr; I am to desire you will prepare draughts of a Commission and Instructions for him, in order to be laid before the King for His Majesty's approbation.
