On a Motion by Mr. Jones in behalf [of] Henry Downs setting forth that a judgement has been obtained by John Nickolas in the General Court of this Province for a Certain Sum which the said Down maketh Oath hath been paid by him to the said Nickolas and to the sheriff of Orange County in Verginia as by his affidavit exhibited into Counsil is more fully sett forth and praying an Injunction Granted
Ordered that new Commissions of the Peace do issue for the Counties of Rowan and Orange
Orange the first Tuesday in July Rowan the second Tuesday in Ditto
Complaint having been made by the Magistrates and Militia officersr Osbern and James Carter Esqrs to enquire into the said Complaint to represent the same to the said Indians and make their Report the fourth Tuesday in Septr next.
