BY THE UNITED STATES IN CONGRESS ASSEMBLED.

February 21st, 1783.

Resolved:

That it is recommended to the States of Maryland, Delaware & Georgia to send Delegates immediately to Congress and to each State in the Union to keep up a constant representation.
