At an Assembly held at New Bern in
November and December, 1771.

These May Certify that Charles Harrington, a Wounded Soldier in —— Battle of Allamance against the Insurgents, was allowed the Sum of Twenty Pounds per Annum during the time he shall Continue disabled, and that the Public Treasurers for the time being or either of them pay him the same, provided he once a year produce a Certificate from the Inferior Court of the County where he resides that he still Continues diabled and is a proper object of Public Bounty, as P’r report of the Special Committee for Settling and allowing the accounts on the late Expedition, Concurred with by the Governor, Council & Assembly.
