John Clitherall, Jacob Blount & Richard Cogdell, Esquires, three of His Majesty’s Justices for the County aforesaid. Moses Griffin, who was wounded in the late Battle of Allamance, appeared before us, and being examined, appears to Continue disabled from gitting his Livelihood, and further say that he is a proper Object of Public Bounty.
