By diligent research in the British Archives and elsewhere the following laws have been discovered in MMS. form. They supply very nearly, and as far as is now possible, the statutes which were not available when Volumes 23 and 24 were printed. This collection of our laws down to 1791 is now as complete as the utmost effort has been able to make it. These three volumes, 23, 24 and 25, will be of a distinct interest to lawyers, as well as to the student of history and manners. At the end of this volume there will be an Index of these three law volumes.
