We have to desire that you will with all expedition proceed to Cape Lookout Bay and make a full and compleat survey thereof, in the most secret manner, with the bearings and distances depth of water, height of the Hills and particularly of the distance between the extreme part of the point of the Bay to the Land Banks and transmit the same when compleat to this Board
