State of North Carolina,
In the House of Commons, 26th April, 1782.

Resolved, That Colonel James Armstrong of the fifth, Lieutenant Colonel Commandant James Thackston of the fourth, and Captain Francis Childs of the third Regiment be permitted to retire on half pay agreeable to the report of the said Board.
