THE HON. FREDERICK HARGETT’S RESIGNATION.

Hon’d Sir:

Being importuned by my friends to stand the Poll at the Annual Election Obliges me to Decline serving as Councillor for the future. You will therefore be pleased to receive this as my resignation and Consider me no longer a member of that Board.
