To James Buxall—Greeting:

You are hereby summoned and required personally to be and appear before the Governor in Council, at Wilmington, on Tuesday, the 19th instant, then and there to give evidence in a certain controversy

there depending between Thomas Woodley and others on the part of the said Thomas; herein fail not, as you will answer to the contrary.

Given at Wilmington, the 16th day of April, in the year of our Lord 1763.
