Rounsaville, Mary (née King)

Mary King (1791-1859), a native of Raleigh, NC, married Benjamin Dusenbery Rounsaville (1785-1832) in 1817. The Rounsavilles had nine children: Henry Edward (1818-1885), Charles Manly (1819-1824), Augusta Jane (1820-1847), George F. (1823-abt. 1850), Peter King (1824-1867), Charles McAllister (1826-1826), Mary Elizabeth (1827-1880), Martha Octavia (1829-1831), and Amanda Jane (b. 1832). After her husband’s death, probably in the 1840s, she moved to Dallas County, AR (Rounsavall and Rounsavill 310).
