Amanda Crotts (1847–1941) was the daughter of Catherine Everhart (1806–1888) and Michael Crotts (1808–1873) of Davidson County, NC. She married Henry Jackson Davis (1840–1872) in 1865. They had no children. After her husband’s death, she was employed as a housekeeper and a milliner.
