GIRLS AT TUSKEGEE LEARNING DAIRYING.
An Autobiography: The Story of My Life and Work.
This picture shows two students engaged at work in the creamery. This creamery has modern equipment, and the management employs a large force of students, who get practical experience by working, and at the same time earn something to defray expenses while in school. Tuskegee and the entire community are served with milk from this creamery every morning, just as people are served in large cities.
