Description James Howard and Percy Wells taking over long term lease on Grand and Victoria Theaters from the Deluca Brothers of Bowden, N.C. Lease is for 3 years with renewal for 10. Theaters are owned by J.M. Solky. He leased them to Deluca Brothers in July.
Notes This gives Howard and Wells control of all theaters except Academy of Music. They already own the Royal and Bijou.
