| Description | "The Bijou Collapses" tent collapses under weight of snow after theater had closed on Saturday night. Before the snowfall, plans were already in place to remove the tent within the month in order to replace it with a permanent brick structure. "[T]he wreck of the theatre will only hasten the new building" by at least 30 days. No one was in the theater when it collapsed. |
