Description
The Crystal Palace, situated in a downtown commercial space, was a “family” or “small-time” vaudeville theater, where programs featured motion pictures in between the main attractions.
Notes
Building Notes
The Crystal Palace was located at 21 N. Second Street, between Princess and Market Streets. It appears to have been converted from an existing storefront space in a two story building approximately 40 feet by 60 feet. It is not clear whether the Crystal Palace occupied all of the first floor of the building, or only half of it.
