DescriptionThe Jeff Davis Council of the Junior Order of the United American Mechanics appears to have used the Knights of Pythias hall for their meetings, a common arrangement at that time. On at least two occasions, movies were shown by the Jeff Davis Council to benefit their charity fund. These exhibitions were managed by Percy Wells.
NotesWells' wife Alice Fisher sang illustrated songs and danced for one of the exhibitions.
Building NotesThe Knights of Pythias hall that the Jeff Davis Council of the Jr OUAM was located on the third floor of the Murchison Bank Building at 202 North Front Street.
