DescriptionTheater planned for both live and cinematic productions- full stage and dressing rooms. 814 seats in the auditorium and 192 seats in the balcony. Entrance to theaters at right angles to the street. mezzanine holds lounges, cosmetic rooms, and toilets. Theater segregated with an additional staircase to the side of the box office leading to a second box office on the balcony level. No physical barriers between sections of hte balcony. Seperate balcony entrances and an additional set of toilets for African American patrons.
