        <head>REPORT<lb/>
OF THE<lb/>
CONFERENCE COMMITTEE ON THE EXEMPTION BILL</head>
        <p>The Committee of Conference on the part of the House of Representatives, on the disagreeing votes of the two Houses, on the bill entitled a bill to be entitled “an act defining who shall be exempt from military service in the armies of the Confederate States,” have met the committee of the Senate and after full and free conference, the said committees have agreed to recommend, and do recommend, to their respective Houses as follows:</p>
        <p>That the Senate agree to the amendment of the House to said bill with the amendments herewith submitted, and that the House of Representatives shall concur in said amendments—the bill reported by the committee being as follows, &amp;c.</p>
