Description is not available.

Kirk tries to explain why UNC-CH would not support using water from nearby Jordan Lake. The CCCA proposed exploring Jordan Lake as an option, or dredging University Lake and expanding its capacity. Those in favor of a Cane Creek reservoir were unwilling to listen to alternatives, in part, Kirk thinks, because of the isolation of the county from the university.
