Prediction for Mars Hill's westward spread

Rapp sees Mars Hill's growth moving west, toward the I-26 corridor and Marshall, North Carolina, a town with which Rapp hopes to link Mars Hill's water and sewer systems. Land prices have skyrocketed in the vicinity of the corridor, although buyers don't seem willing to pay the inflated asking prices.
