Pollution and damaging development in Pender County

Holland complains that the state government in North Carolina is filling in wetlands and destroying watersheds and seafood harvests, all under the not-too-watchful eyes of the federal government. He complains further that the smaller creeks in Holland's area cannot deal with the growing pollution from spreading development.
