			<p>To repair the 
				<name key="name0001086" reg="Steward's Hall" type="place">Steward's
				  Hall</name> it will require to be newly weather boarded and shingled and most
				of the window, frames, sash and doors new also — the Frame of the House
				is in good condition.</p> 
			 <p>The Out Buildings consist of kitchen, Poultry House, Smoke House,
				and Negro House which can be put in keeping with the 
				<name key="name0001086" reg="Steward's Hall" type="place">Hall</name>
				by making small repair.</p>
			 <p>The probable cost of repairs, including painting the 
				<name key="name0001086" reg="Steward's Hall" type="place">Hall</name>
				and white washing the Out Buildings, say eight hundred dollars.</p>
			 <p>The above is respectfully submitted to the 
				<name key="name0000107" reg="Board of Trustees" type="organization">Board of Trustees</name> — </p>
