The <name key="name0000869" reg="Philanthropic Society" type="organization">Phi.</name> Library & the Hall below are liable to be much injured, it will require immediate attention.</p> <p>It might be best that you should send M<hi rend="sup">r</hi> <name key="x" reg="x" type="person" rend="yes">Laws</name> down to estimate what is best to be done.
