                        <p>The donations of land to the <name key="name0000107" reg="Board of Trustees" type="organization">Trustees</name> were bounded by lines running N and S
                    — East and West. The streets of the village were laid off at angles of
                    28° and 62° with the meridian. When therefore lots are laid off
                    at and near the boundary it becomes necessary to accommodate the lines to the
                    course of the streets. <name key="pn0001194" reg="Mitchell, Elisha" type="person">E. Mitchell</name> proposes to take from the <name key="name0000107" reg="Board of Trustees" type="organization">Trustees</name> the tract (No 1
                    A) and give them tract (No 1 B) in which exchange he will have a <hi rend="underscore">little</hi> the best of the bargain, but not much (No 1 A)
                    being rocky and broken. Also to give (No 2 a.) and take (No 2 b) which is
                    perfectly fair.</p>
