Finding it will be out of my power to be present at the meeting of the Chapel worship, the
main question to be discussed.
My deliberate opinion is, that the students of our university should be required
to attend Chapel Service at some designated Hour
every Sabbath; not that I would restrict the Conscience or free exercise of
Religious opinion of any of my fellow mortals; but that our students, many of
whom are young & inconsiderate, may be under the immediate supervision
