                        <p>It is 295 yards from the south edge of the main street to the nearest part of the of the wings of the buildings</p>
                        <p>The avenue running by the President's house is 98 feet wide</p>
                        <p>The main street runs North 62° East</p>
                        <p>The outer lines show the Boundary of the lands held by the <name key="name0000107" reg="Board of Trustees" type="organization">Trustees</name> for the use of the <name reg="University of North Carolina" key="name0001146" type="organization" rend="yes">University</name> chiefly acquired by donation</p>
