			 <name type="person" key="x" reg="x">E. G. Haywood</name> was called
			 upon to make a statement about the suit of the bank vs. the 
			 <name key="name0001146" reg="University of North Carolina" type="organization">University of North Carolina</name>. After he had concluded

			 <name type="person" key="pn0003194" reg="Robinson, James Lowrie">Mr. Robinson</name> offered the
			 following resolution which was adopted:</p> 
		  <p>Resolved That the committee appointed at the last meeting be
			 authorized in addition to the powers given them to take an appeal to the 
			 <name type="organization" reg="Supreme Court of the United States" key="name0003056">Supreme Court of the U States</name>, if they deem such course
			 advisable.</p> 
		  <p>On motion of 
			 <name key="pn0001385" reg="Pool, Solomon (b. 1832) " type="person">Mr.
				Pool</name> it is the sense of this meeting that 
			 <name type="person" key="x" reg="x">Mr. Haywood</name> be continued
			 as counsel.</p> 
		  <p>On motion the meeting then adjourned.</p>
