Description Image shows the construction of a a shelter built by the Civilian Conservation Corps (CCC). An unidentified CCC enrollee stands to the right of the photograph and looks at the camera. The early stages of construction on a stone wall and piles of dirt on the hillside are visible. A rusted trash can appears in the foreground to the right of the image. Image taken by Robert G. Hall in March of 1937. The image was taken in Rocky Knob Park, near milepost 168.5.
