Camp Asley River, Oct. 25th, 1782.
Dear Sir:
I have not time or paper to be as full and explicit in my intelligence to you as I could wish.
You are exchanged with all those captured on this side the Delaware in a Civil or Militia character prior to the 24th of October, 1782. The first opportunity you shall hear from me more fully.
