At the Court of St James's the 4th Day of May 1771.
Present.
The King's most Excellent Majesty in Council.

Whereas &c it is hereby ordered that the said Martin Howard and Samuel Cornell Esqrs be constituted and appointed Members of his Majestys said Council for the Province of North Carolina in the room of the said Thomas Murray and Edward Brice Dobbs Esqrs.
