Sir:

I am favoured with your Excellency’s circular Letter of the 18th Ult. and in Compliance with the request therein I do myself the honor to transmit to your Excellency the names, subjoined hereto of the persons whose estates have been forfeited, and those who have been banished for being obnoxious to the Laws of this State.
