OATH TAKEN BY THE MEMBERS OF COUNCIL.
I, A. B., Will Bear Faithful and true allegeance to the State of Franklin, and will truely endeavour to support, Maintain and defend the Independent Government thereof, & as a member of the Council of State I will faithfully discharge the duty of my office according to the best of my skill and ability. So help me God.
