        Agents will sell Tickets at the following rates:

        Conductors will charge by the following rates:

INSTRUCTIONS.

        1. Commissioned officers will be charged full fare.

        2. Soldiers on Furlough will be charged half fare.

        3. Children under twelve and over five years of age will be charged half fare.

        4. Negroes of all ages will be charged half fare.

        5. Negroes handcuffed or tied must not be taken on the train without a certificate in writing that the Company shall not be held responsible for damages in case of accident.

        6. Passengers taken up between stations will be charged from the last station; and those set down between stations will be charged to the next station beyond.

        7. No fare taken less than fifty cents.
