Here is yet another North Carolina note produced in Georgia. The design of this J. T. Paterson note repeats the often-used personifications of commerce and industry. Docks burgeoning with goods and factories with billowing smokestacks symbolize a future of widespread prosperity once the South frees itself from the Union.
