Further hopes for developing Mars Hill

Rapp outlines some of his more far-reaching aims for Madison County: he wants to guide highway construction to create a scenic route through the area, lure travelers to Mars Hill with locally-owned arts and crafts stores, and attract businesses with growing communications technology.
