Explanation
The main or Franklin Street is 99 feet wide
The narrow streets are 45 feet wide
Tolls no. 1 & 2 of the 4 acre lots are 168⅓ yards by 115
The other four acre lots are 139 yards square
The two acre lots are 98⅔ yards square
It is 295 yards from the south edge of the main street to the nearest part of the of the wings of the buildings
The avenue running by the President's house is 98 feet wide
The main street runs North 62° East
The outer lines show the Boundary of the lands held by the Trustees for the use of the University chiefly acquired by donation
