Craft center was proposed to be built near Asheville, N.C. and milepost 383 on the Blue Ridge Parkway. Image taken from the National Park Service, Blue Ridge Parkway Headquarters and taken by C.E. Westveer in April, May, or June 1976. The plaque at the bottom reads "Bader Cort and WOOO PA Architects".
