Title Letter from Heriot Clarkson to Francis O. Clarkson
Date January 4, 1938
Description Reports that former Gov. Ehringhaus and current Gov. Hoey determined that the governor could not get involved in the Switzerland Company matter. Indicates that Frank Dunlap's "arbitrary" actions had been criticized in the papers. Gov. Ehringhaus is quoted as saying that the right-of-way is the State Highway Commission's "Chinese wall". Heriot Clarkson advises Francis to go ahead with the lawsuit.
